Why We Expanded the Program
Demand for reliable sensing and motion control has grown as manufacturers in robotics, industrial automation, automotive and consumer devices look for position sensors, current sensors and motor drivers that give a stable, accurate result. To meet that demand, BeiLuo has expanded its stocking program for genuine Allegro MicroSystems devices across its regional warehouses. The goal is simple: cut lead times for the fast-moving sensor and driver models that production lines depend on, and keep them available when customers need them, whether the quantity is a handful of samples or a full production build.
Allegro MicroSystems built its reputation on Hall-effect sensing and integrated motor drivers, and its magnetic sensors, current sensors and drivers are widely specified because they combine accuracy, integration and a competitive cost. By holding the mainstream models in regional inventory, BeiLuo removes the gap between a design win and a production run, and it gives engineers a local source that can respond in days rather than the weeks a factory allocation can take.
What Is Now Stocked
The expanded program covers three broad families. On the magnetic sensor side we stock linear Hall-effect sensor ICs with 5.0, 3.125 and 2.5 mV/G sensitivities for position, angle and proximity sensing. On the current sensor side we stock isolated Hall-effect current sensor ICs in 5 A, 20 A and 30 A versions with 2.4 kVRMS isolation. On the motor driver side we stock the integrated stepper and brushed DC drivers, including the A4988 microstepping driver and the A4950 full-bridge driver. Together the families serve robotics, industrial automation, building automation, automotive actuators, 3D printers and consumer and medical devices.
Magnetic and Current Sensors
The stocked magnetic sensors include the A1324, A1325 and A1326 linear Hall-effect parts, which give a low-noise analog output proportional to the magnetic field with a ratiometric response and a wide -40 °C to +150 °C range, in SIP and SOT-23 packages. The stocked current sensors include the ACS712 family, which measures AC or DC current without a shunt and with 2.4 kVRMS isolation in a single 8-pin SOIC package, in 5 A, 20 A and 30 A versions with sensitivities of 185, 100 and 66 mV/A.
Motor Drivers
The stocked motor drivers include the A4988, a complete microstepping stepper driver with a built-in translator that drives a bipolar stepper in full through sixteenth step modes, and the A4950, a full-bridge PWM driver for a brushed DC motor with an adjustable current limit and internal synchronous rectification. Both integrate the power stage and the protection, and the A4950K is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified for automotive use.
What This Means for Customers
For design and production teams, in-stock sensors and drivers shorten the gap between prototype validation and volume build. Instead of waiting on a long factory allocation, customers can pull mainstream models from regional inventory and keep projects on schedule. The program also supports sample quantities, so engineers can validate the sensitivity, the range and the thermal behavior before committing to production volumes, and it keeps a reorder fast when a design moves into series production.
Documentation With Every Order
Every shipment includes an import declaration, a certificate of origin and a RoHS compliance file, so customs clearance and quality audits stay straightforward. Buyers who audit suppliers will find the documentation complete and consistent, which matters when a device sources into a product that ships worldwide. Documentation is prepared before dispatch, so it arrives together with the parts rather than trailing them.
Regional Warehousing and Lead Time
The stocked models are held in regional warehouses close to major manufacturing centers, so a mainstream part can move in days. Allocation-sensitive or automotive-qualified parts are scheduled against customer forecasts, and BeiLuo confirms availability before you commit to an order. This two-part approach balances fast delivery for the common parts against predictable supply for the qualified models, which is exactly what a production schedule needs.
How to Access the Program
Customers can ask for a stocked model, a sample or a volume quotation by contacting the BeiLuo team. If you send your sensing range, current or supply voltage, package and application, our FAE engineers will confirm the best-fit device, verify the specification and quote with current stock and lead time. Combined with the documentation that ships on every order, the expanded program gives design and production teams a reliable local source for Allegro devices across the robotics, industrial, automotive and consumer segments.
