Allegro Magnetic Sensors Overview
BeiLuo supplies genuine Allegro MicroSystems magnetic sensor ICs, the Hall-effect devices that convert a magnetic field into a precise electrical signal for position, proximity, speed and current measurement. Allegro is a pioneer of Hall-effect sensing, and its linear sensor family integrates the Hall element, the temperature-compensating and offset-cancellation circuitry, a high-gain amplifier and a clamped output stage on a single die, so a designer gets a stable, ratiometric output with very little external circuitry. The linear Hall-effect devices such as the A1324, A1325 and A1326 provide an analog output proportional to the applied magnetic flux density, with factory-programmed sensitivities of 5.0, 3.125 and 2.5 mV/G, a quiescent output at half the supply, low noise and a wide -40 °C to +150 °C operating range. The devices are available in a miniature 3-pin SIP and a surface-mount SOT-23 package, so they fit both a through-hole and a compact board design, and they are immune to mechanical stress and stable after temperature cycling. Typical applications include linear position and displacement sensing, rotary position and angle measurement, motor commutation, contactless current sensing and proximity detection in automotive and industrial equipment. Every sensor BeiLuo ships is factory-traceable and includes an import declaration, a certificate of origin and a RoHS compliance file. Our FAE team helps you choose the sensitivity and the package, plan the magnetic circuit and the field range and estimate the accuracy over temperature.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I read the Allegro magnetic sensor table?
Sensitivity sets the output change per gauss, Supply the operating voltage, and Output the signal type. Package decides the mounting and Temperature the grade.
Match the sensitivity to the field range you expect and the package to your board.
Which sensitivity should I choose?
Choose a higher sensitivity such as 5.0 mV/G (A1324) for a small field and a lower one such as 2.5 mV/G (A1326) for a large field, so the output stays within its range at the maximum field you expect. Match the sensitivity to the magnet and the air gap.
Our FAE team can help size the magnetic circuit.
Why is the output ratiometric?
A ratiometric output scales with the supply voltage, so the reading stays consistent even if the supply moves, which suits an ADC that shares the same reference. The quiescent output sits at half the supply at zero field.
Keep the supply clean for the lowest noise.
Are the sensors genuine and documented?
Every Allegro sensor BeiLuo ships is factory-traceable and includes an import declaration, a certificate of origin and a RoHS compliance file. Mainstream models are held in regional warehouses.
